Speaks and comes off as a formal sort of leader
Leads the Stardroids
Utterly, completely, and fanatically loyal to who he sees as his master (in this case, Wily)
Feels as if his master's orders are absolute, even over his own feelings
Cannibalized the ones who created him and his brothers in order to protect his brothers, then took them under him
Feels hatred for most humans because of the suffering of him and his brothers, both from their creators and from those who disabled them
Is not restrained in his emotions at all, but is simply impossible to unsettle
Not to get angry, though
Cannibal; by eating parts of other robots, he can assimilate their powers (and sometimes the "memory" of that part)**
Does care about his fellow Stardroids
Accepts failure, when it's fairly given (such as being beaten by superior robots or a necessary retreat)
Does not, however, accept cowardice or abandonment of orders
Mostly neutral to the Wily Numbers but will help them because they're his "co soldiers", essentially; to him, they're below the Stardroids
Unnerving to be around, thanks to his utter lack of empathy for people and his cruelty towards even his own brothers at times
While not vain enough to be used as a weakness, is vain enough to fuss over his appearance when not on orders
Dislikes dirt or dirty areas immensely, and will get violent over it
Hates hats and helmets with a vengeance
Speaks the Stardroid's unique language (made up of four symbols -- ⚌⚎⚍⚏); the language itself sounds melodic.

* Shown when he attacked Rock, firing a smaller beam to hide it in Wily's, and pretended Wily's shot was the only one that hit
** Eating Saturn's eye let him see what Saturn had seen before that point, as well as giving him use of Saturn's teleport rings
